Goober and Tootsie Roll, along with their other 5 litter mates were born in our home. Their mother, "Autumn" was rescued from Animal Control. She was pregnant and her puppies were due anyday. At Animal Control, pregnant dogs are either rescued or put down. We couldn't bear to see such a wonderful and sweet dog put down so we rescued her. Four days later she gave birth to eight beautiful, healthy puppies (The Candy Bar Litter).
Goober and Tootsie Roll were adopted by a fantastic family who loves them both very much and the two of them have become inseparable. Please come back often to see their wonderful updates and pictures. |

| The boys are getting big compared to the size they were when we first brought them home. I think Goober weighed 6 pounds when he came home with us and Scooter weighed a whopping 3 pounds. Well on the first of this month when I took them in to get their heartworm medicine Scooter weighed 13 pounds and Goober tipped the scales at 27 and a half.
